AN INTERACTIVE
REFLECTION ACTIVITY FOR THINKERS AND DOERS
This is an interactive reflection method designed for larger groups.
An organization chooses a guiding question, for example:
“How can we remain socially relevant as an organization?”
“How can we truly commit to sustainability?”
“How can we achieve our goals?”
Through the Tower Builder method, the answers to these questions emerge from the organization’s own members.
Participants give concrete shape to their ideas through creative woodworking, after which we engage in dialogue about the results.
