Content’ment is an organization dedicated to strengthening teams in order to increase people’s sense of fulfillment within their professional environment and hopefully beyond it as well. Content’ment is a one-person business that occasionally collaborates with freelancers. Jan Masereel is the founder and driving force behind it.

We aim to be a valued partner for everyone who aspires to give people’s fulfillment a helping wind.
We see teams as living systems. We pay attention to the personal backgrounds of individuals and to the complex context of a demanding society. We believe that empowering and connecting people benefits not only the individual and the team but also society as a whole.
ORIGINS
Content’ment was founded in January 2015 as a natural continuation of my academic, professional, and volunteer journey.
With a degree in Psychology, fourteen years of experience in education, and a solid background in youth leadership, I was inspired to work with groups.
Giving courses focused on group dynamics and following numerous trainings on topics such as resistance, restorative group dialogue, inspiration, and resilience fueled my passion for working with people and teams.
A strong desire to focus on human fulfillment sparked an idea in the summer of 2014. After several months of preparation and many inspiring conversations with people both inside and outside the sector, Content’ment became a reality.
